Mr. Allen was the principal at Western Canada High School from 1990 until his retirement in June, 1994. Mr. Allen was actively involved in all aspects of school life, supporting most events with his enthusiastic participation as spectator and/or coach. This award is presented to a Grade 12 member of the Student Council who has provided leadership to the students in the school through their active involvement and who has also demonstrated excellence in citizenship as a student at Western Canada High School.

Eligibility

Open to students in grade 12 who are completing the requirements of a high school diploma. Applicants must be a member of Student Council who have provided leadership to students in the school and who have also demonstrated excellence in citizenship as a student at Western.
