Tom Inkster was the kind of man who inspired action in his students; lifting them out of ordinary classroom experiences and into extraordinary, life-changing learning situations. He led, enabled, allowed, trusted, had faith in, laughed with and inspired us all. This award was established by his former students, family and friends, as a tribute to this great man, leadership teacher, wrestling coach, and outdoor guru.
