I am setting up a fundraising page for the Diefenbaker Junior Boys Basketball team in order to raise funds for a successful season.

I have found as the coach of this team in the past ordering team clothing and having nutritious food on game and practice days was inconsistent amongst players due to cost. Team clothing is something that I believe as a coach is an important part of our season, we want to look like a team unit and be recognizable when we enter other schools.

In the past I have purchased food for players that have not had proper nutrition that would fuel them to perform at the best of their ability. Many people know that value and impact playing a high school sport can have on one’s life and so I am seeking donations to invest in our student athletes on the Diefenbaker Junior Boys Basketball Team.

The funds raised will be spent on ensuring everyone can order a team hoodie, nutrition before games for all athletes and assisting players with their individual athletic team fees. The fundraising goal is to raise $2500 by Dec 15th.
