Thanks to passionate Calgary public school students, EducationMatters is launching a new fundraising campaign to provide textured hair mannequins for cosmetology students in Calgary Board of Education (CBE) schools. Once again, EducationMatters’ staff and Student Awards Committee spent their free hours this summer reading through more than 1,680 student award applications to shortlist and select this years’ award recipients.
